Nachos á la Mariana

Tortilla chips (Chilli flavour)
Quorn mince (Veg alt.)
Grated cheese (Mild)
Salsa (Mild)
Sour Cream or Creme Fraiche
Fresh chopped tomatoes
Fresh chopped cucumber
Ruccola mixed sallad (Baby spinach, lettuce or similar mixes)
Fresh lemon
Olive oil
Paprika powder

1). Fry Quorn in a pan (from frozen is ok) adding water and some olive oil for it to soak up, also adding cummin, paprika powder and salt (10mins)

2). Evenly spread out tortilla chips on a plate

3). Put the Quorn mince on top of the tortilla chips and add cheese, then microwave for 30secs until the cheese is melted

4). Now add all veg on top of everything, some sour cream, salsa and jalapenos

5) Now add Tabasco sauce and squeeze a piece of lemon on top

Yep, it is that simple - Tuck in !!!
